Biography

Mr. Oscar Rodriguez was born in the great country of Costa Rica, and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and History from Antillean Adventist University located at Mayaguez,Puerto Rico, and a Master of Arts degree in School Administration with a concentration in Multicultural Education from the same university. His first job was at Northwestern Adventist School at Aguadilla,Puerto Rico and he's been teaching ever since for a total of 21 years, all of them at Adventist schools. He really enjoys teaching because he loves to be around young people. Mr. O-Rod, as his students like to call him, is married to a beautiful Puertorrican named Evelyn,and they have a precious daughter,Emelie. He enjoys cycling and reading as part of his hobbies. His biggest desire is to bring his students to Jesus not only through his teachings,but mostly through his example.
