Biography

After living 9 years in Freeport, Grand Bahamas, She moved with her family to the beautiful island of Jamaica. Upon completing High School there, she moved to Miami and met and married Tony. They have a handsome son Trent, and a beautiful daughter, Taylor. She has extensive studies in Art and Fashion Design, and is currently completing her degree in Elementary Education at the University of Phoenix. She enjoys being around children. It seems she is always around them! She is very active in the Children’s Ministries at her church, Miami Temple. She has taught Cradle Roll there for the past 13 years and has directed the Adventurer Club for the past ten years. In the summers, she directs a week of VBS. In her spare time, which is very limited, she loves to travel with her family, do outdoor activities such as camping, swimming, gardening and fishing.
She sort of stumbled on the teaching profession, but has realized that this is her calling. There is no greater joy than seeing her students succeed-not to mention the endless hugs she receives daily from her kindergarten students.
