The Acroamericas are an acrobatic exhibition team made of high school students that perform for audiences around the world with incredible stunts; tumbling, pyramids, flying tosses, and many more.

GREATER MIAMI ACADEMY

is the home of Acroamericas, located in the Sunshine city of Miami, Florida. (500 NW 122ND AVE. Miami,FL. 33182)

MISSION

The ACROAMERICAS' main purpose is to encourage kids to stay away from SMOKING and DRUGS. With creative programs reaching-out to kids of all ages by performing at many private and public elementary schools, middle and senior high schools in Miami Dade, and across the nation each year. THE ACROAMERICAS have travelled to Wash. D.C., Texas, Tennesse,Puerto Rico,Jamaica and Cancun, Mexico. Each year the team performs for NBA and NCAA basketball games and have performed for special events such as Dade County Fair and Exposition and Sandals Hotel/Resort(Jamaica) The team uses drama and music along with acrobatics/ gymnastic routines to EDUCATE kids on the consequences of SMOKING , DRUG USE and ALCOHOL. The ACROAMERICAS have been working closely with SWAT (Student Working Against Tabacco). Together they bring out an "on your face" type of campaign againt The Big Tobacco, educating thousands of teens of the "Truth" of the Tabacco business.
